• A brief description of the medical question you need answered

What to hold until the conflict check

Please omit medical records, photographs, detailed case narratives, and privileged material from an initial inquiry. I will arrange the information needed for a conflict check and discuss scope, availability, and secure transfer before receiving case materials.

What happens next

Before any engagement I confirm that there is no conflict and that the question falls within my expertise. Work is billed at an hourly rate with an upfront retainer, and the same standards and fee structure apply whether I am retained by the prosecution or the defense.
